| How can know who bids and how often a banknote has been bid in Qurtas Auction? | You can, the number of bids appears at the bottom of each bid, as well as at the bottom of the auction page, there is a table showing the progress of the bidding process and the bidding membership id as well. |
| How long the banknote can be held in the auction? | Banknote can be reserved for 24 hours until full bid amount is received. If you wish to extend the time for another 24 hours, kindly contact us. |
| What if I fail to send the bid value for the banknote I won? Or no longer I interest of it? | We are sorry if this could happen, we expect only serious members to enter to bid. This may temporary suspension of the account from entering any other bidding until the reasons are presented. It may also suspension of the account permanently, according to what the Qurtas website deems. |
| Can I bid consecutive times on the same banknote? | Yes, you can. If you bid on a banknote at a certain price then you decided to raise bid price, then the banknote is available for bidding. |
| I noticed before the end of the auction is added 5 minutes!! Is this a technical error? |
No, it is not a technical error. In the last two minutes of the Qurtas Auction, the following scenario will occurs:
1 . If no one bids in the last two minutes, the time decreases normally until the end of bidding. 2 . If someone else bids in the last 2 minutes, 5 minutes are automatically added to the auction on the respective fiat banknote. So that others can bid. And it repeats until the time runs out. |
